2024年1月27日に実施された、クラブ母体となる「山口県自転車競技連盟」の定例第2回理事会において、本クラブの2023年シーズンの実績報告及び収支決算案について承認決議がありました。
併せて、クラブ規約の一部改訂案も承認決議がされました。
